This is the chef's signature pesto dish and I love it. It is almond, basil and garlic with tagliolini pasta, manila clams and rock shrimp. Awesome.
This is the softest octopus you will ever eat. Melts in your mouth I tell you! Oh and its matched with lentils and I was skeptical about it but its a great combo.
