Congrats Princess Abby Francis
There is a new "World's Ugliest Dog" as of this past Friday. Princess Abby Francis, a newly rescued chihuahua! This is the 22nd winner for the contest held in Cali. My obsession began with it back when Peewee Martini (RIP) won. Apparently the vet who took care of the new winner says this could very well be due to inbreeding. Just another reason to adopt and a prime example on why we need to STOP PUPPY MILLS! Didn't really mean for this to become a political entry but so it goes. (AP Story and pic)
