Lohan at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards.
For those of you who don't know what a SCRAM is, it is a device placed on someone to monitor their alcohol levels and most people will find themselves wearing them because the courts have demanded it. It ain't the most attractive looking ankle bracelet. Lindsay Lohan is now wearing one and thought that this was her best option for tonights awards. I dunno. A sexy suit would have worked better me thinks. Thoughts?
