How long will it be before I can't afford to live in Manhattan/NY? The MTA is hiking fairs again.
Groceries, movies, drinks at a bar, flowers...We all know what a huge NYC fan I am, but when is it gunna boil over and people are forced to move? Where can they go? I keep reading articles about how people are staying no matter what, but it has to reach a tipping point for some eventually. Cardboard condominiums just won't cut it for many.
My vote is for Hawaii.
Note to self: I'll probably start doing more thrify/cheaper/budget type posts.
